The formulas used to calculate the recommendations are derived from a foundation of physical & personal characteristics (height, weight, age, gender, etc.) and then adjusted according to the Average Daily Activity level of the client or exercises performed. The meal plans were created by our team of Registered Dietitians in increments of 250 calories and the system matches the calorie recommendation calculated with the closest sets of meal plans both above and below this level. Then the professional has the ability to select the meal plan they would like their client to follow.
