No, they don't. Our system is more than capable of providing specific recommendations based solely on their calculated Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and Average Daily Activity Level. The more information they provide, however, the more specific a Program will be created to suit their habits, like Food Preferences, meal times, etc. Remember though, many people don't actually like to food log, that's why we think it's best to get them into a new meal plan and have them log against that, so they are getting guided through eating better, and making food choices, rather than just listing what they already ate.
