Use this feature to control your clients' access to their account. When you freeze their account, they won't have access until you let them back in with the unfreeze option. This is a great way to keep them focused on working with you between meal plans. All of their data will stay in place, however, so when you're ready to go it's simple to unfreeze their account and get off and running once again.
