Start by making sure you're logging in using the email and password you used when you set up your membership. If you've forgotten it or it isn't working for some reason, you can reset it using our Forgot Password function.

Beyond that, many issues can be resolved by making sure you are on the most current version of both your operating system and browser.

Please note that Internet Explorer has not been supported on MacOS since 2006 and is being phased out on all newer Windows operating systems in favor of the Chrome-based Microsoft Edge browser. Because of this, we strongly recommend you use an alternate browser like Chrome or Firefox.
