Start by making sure you're logging in using the email and password you used when you set up your membership (if you've forgotten it, you can use our Forgot Password function here). Also remember, we have two different platforms; our legacy product, 3.0, and our newest version, 4.0, also called ENX.  Make sure you're logging into the platform you are currently subscribed to.

Beyond that, many issues can be resolved by making sure you are on the most current version of both your operating system and browser. If you are a Mac user, please note that Internet Explorer has not been supported by Microsoft Product since 2006. Because of this, we strongly recommend you use an alternate browser like Firefox, Safari or Chrome.
