The best starting point is to simply ask your client and then use the tool tips, which you can access by clicking the small question marks next to each of the 5 levels, as a guide. Keep in mind, you're looking for an average for a typical WEEK, not the DAY. If you have a client who's not quite sure, it's always best to start one level lower and have recommendations potentially increase based on how much they actually do under your supervision.
